The team’s skills and knowledge has been gained during many years of industry exposure, not only as auditors, consultants and trainers, but also as managers of systems. Each multifunctional team member brings to the table a rich set of competencies, skills and knowledge.

	Coen Smit Managing Director Has extensive experience in design, development, implementation and certification of Quality Management Systems and Quality Control on Major Export and Import contracts. He has 35 years experience with the formulation and implementation of management strategies, implementation of governance structures, development and implementation of performance management systems, and the development and implementation of optimisation strategies.
	Bryan Keague Executive Manager Consulting and Auditing has extensive experience and customer focus to the executive team.
	Victoria Kheswa Executive Manager Training Academy / PR Communications Comes out of the media industry and has taken on the challenging role of public relations and communications.
	Jan Kruger Executive Manager Construction Safety Has over 25 years of international and national project experience on major construction projects around the world and is a specialist on construction of Energy and Chemical Plants.
	Prakshna Somai Operations Executive Has incredible insight into business development processes, as well as sound hands on business experience from grass root level to executive management.
